Principles
The Foundation plans to distribute funds in accordance with its Distribution Principles.
When making its decision on distribution, the Foundation will have an absolute discretion and the Trustees do not accept any duty or liability to any person seeking a distribution.
Subject always to the point just made, the Foundation will have regard to (but will not be bound by) any preferences stated by those associated with a donation to the Foundation or with obtaining a section 194 costs order.
